Practice Mission Statement

Craneswater Group Practice prides itself as being part of the Southsea community, responsible for providing friendly, caring and timely medical services to all our patients.

Our vision is to offer safe and high quality patient-focussed care, delivered by a team of dedicated, professional and enthusiastic staff.

Confidentiality, compassion and continuity are at the heart of our practice ethos

New IT System at Craneswater Group Practice

In July the practice went live with a new clinical records system called TPP SystmOne which enables better sharing of information with other services in the city. Most other Portsmouth practices have already started using this system, as have Solent NHS Trust who run most of our community and mental health services.

If you have previously signed up for EMIS access to book appointments and order medication, please be aware that you will need to sign up for this again on our new system. We know this will cause some inconvenience to our patients, regrettably our IT providers are not able to transfer this information across to the new system.

To access the online services please click on the link in the menu on the right hand side of this page.
